 In honor of Fibromyalgia Awareness Month, we are planning a special 5-day cruise in May 2027 for Fibro Warriors, their families, friends, caregivers, and supporters aboard a beautiful cruise ship.

This will be an opportunity to relax, connect, encourage one another, create lasting memories, and celebrate the strength and resilience of those living with fibromyalgia.

All travelers leaving the United States must have a valid passport.

Your passport should not expire within six (6) months of your travel dates. Many countries require that your passport remain valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.

When applying for or renewing your passport, please consider obtaining a Passport Card in addition to your Passport Book. The Passport Card can be used for land and sea travel to certain destinations and serves as an additional form of government-issued identification. However, it cannot be used for international air travel.
